EPS affiliate Program Agreement

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at Goodwings.com. Agreements entered into at Goodwings.com are between you and Goodwings ApS, Gammel Kongevej 3E, st DK-1610 Copenhagen V, VAT (CVR) number DK 37036749. When using Goodwings.com and/or making a reservation at Goodwings.com, you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the purchase conditions without prior warning. We therefore advise you to read the terms and conditions for purchase before making a reservation. The current applicable terms and conditions can be found at Goodwings.com.

The extent of our services and entering into a contract
Goodwings offers an online platform where hotels and other accommodation providers can offer accommodation for reservation, and where the users of the platform can make such reservations. By making such a reservation you enter into a binding agreement with the hotel or the accommodation provider with whom you make the reservation from the moment you make the reservation. Goodwings therefore only acts as an intermediary between you and the hotels or other accommodation providers. Goodwings will pass on the information pertaining to your reservation to the hotels or other accommodation providers concerned. Furthermore, Goodwings sends you a confirmation of your reservation order via email on behalf of the hotels or other accommodation providers with the details of the order. All reservations made at Goodwings.com are made between you and the concerned hotel or other accommodation provider. When you make a reservation at a hotel or other accommodation provider you accept the applicable cancellation and no-show terms and any other conditions set by the concerned hotel or other accommodation provider as well as other terms set by the concerned hotel or accommodation. Information about such terms and conditions can be obtained by you contacting the hotel or accommodation concerned.



The information that is communicated on Goodwings.com is based entirely on information from the hotels and accommodation providers. It is therefore the responsibility of the hotels and accommodation providers that the information available at Goodwings.com including, but not limited to, information on prices, number of available rooms and any other descriptions of the hotels or accommodation is correct. Goodwings does therefore not guarantee the accuracy of the information available at Goodwings.com.

The information you find on Goodwings.com is not, and should not be considered as a recommendation or confirmation of the quality, service level or ranking of any given hotel or accommodation.

Prices and payment

All prices at Goodwings.com are indicated per room for the entire duration of the stay. Prices can be changed at any time, but changes do not affect reservations that have already been confirmed. The currency conversion is a guide estimate as the exchange rate in local currency may fluctuate.

When you make a reservation at Goodwings.com you will, at some hotels and accommodations, have the choice of paying online immediately or to pay later at the hotel. If you pay online immediately, Goodwings.com will charge the amount and remit the payment for the stay to the hotel or accommodation concerned. If you chose to pay later at the hotel or accommodation, the hotel or accommodation will charge you for your stay in the local currency for the relevant hotel or accommodation. At Goodwings.com you can make payments with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. The payment will not be charged to your account until the hotel reservation is completed. Goodwings uses an approved payment gateway which encrypts all your card information using SSL-protocol (Secure Socket Layer). Goodwings does not save your credit card information.

Goodwings for Business paid plans

Pricing and taxes
The membership/subscription costs associated with Goodwings for Business are always listed excluding taxes. For companies within the EU, the invoice is subject to the reverse VAT charge rule in the country of receipt.

Subscription payments will be  automatically charged on the card on file at the beginning of each chosen period (monthly or annual).

The subscription can be terminated at any time, without prior notice, by sending an email to service@goodwings.com. Once a subscription is terminated, the card will no longer be charged and access to Goodwings for Business paid features will run out at the end of the current period.

Travel Back Better offer
Sign up to an annual plan before July 1st 2021 to accept our Travel Back Better offer. You will get free Goodwings for Business for the remainder of 2021.

By accepting this offer you commit to your subscription throughout 2022. We ask for your credit card at signup. First payment will be charged Jan 1st 2022.

Bednights caps
A bednight is defined as one room, one night, one person. 

All plans include a cap of 2.000 bednights per year.

Additional charges
If the cap on bednights is exceeded, Goodwings will charge a fee of $5 per additional bednights.

Net Zero Travel badge
We provide you with a ‘We Travel Net Zero’ badge for your website.

The badge is valid for the duration of your Goodwings for Business subscription.

If you have emissions that are not logged with Goodwings, these must be removed separately. By using the badge you testify that all emissions from all your business travels are being removed.

Usage and restrictions
The client’s users (employees) can book hotels for other companies, partners or clients, but must not share their access to the wholesale prices available with Goodwings for Business with any third parties.

Access and support
Goodwings is obligated to make and keep the website and hotel content online and available for no less than 99.9% of the subscription period. The client must be able to access the website and content by using any 5th generation smartphone (Apple or Android), or a PC or MAC, using an updated version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari or Opera. Internet Explorer 11 and previous versions are not supported.


You do not automatically have the right to cancel your reservation. Reservations made at Goodwings.com can be cancelled in accordance with the conditions for cancellation that apply to the concerned hotel or accommodation. You can obtain information on these terms and conditions by contacting the hotel or accommodation. Be aware that some hotels demand a non-refundable deposit.

Particularly attractive prices and offers on a specific stay in a hotel or accommodation may be conditional to special restrictions and terms e.g. with regard to cancellation and/or refund. Please always check the room and price information carefully for any special conditions before you make your reservation.

GDPR compliance

When we process user data Goodwings processes personal data lawfully, transparently and for the specific purpose of providing our active user with the service, they have signed up for. Once the purpose is fulfilled and the user data is no longer required, it will be permanently deleted.


Access to user data

Employees in Goodwings as well as 3rd party providers, such as our call center, hotels and others, can access our user data only when it’s for the specific purpose of supplying a requested service to the customer. Goodwings is not responsible for any 3rd party handling of user data, unless it’s done within the terms and conditions, that has been accepted by both the user and the third party.


Users and subscribers

All of the users in our database and subscribers of our newsletter have actively accepted to receive communication and special offers relevant to our business.
We assume that management in the businesses with whom we have entered into partnerships accepts that we communicate to the email addresses they have supplied us with.


Training of personnel

We have informed our colleagues in regards to the new GDPR rules and regulations.

As a consumer you also have the right to appeal your purchase made at Goodwings.com by registering a complaint at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority “Center for Klageløsning”, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK-2500 Valby, at www.forbrug.dk.

You can also register a complaint at the EU Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You can view a detailed explanation of how this website can help you to reach an out-of-court settlement. You can use the platform if you are a resident in another EU member state other than Denmark. If you register a complaint on the EU Online Dispute Resolution you should use our email address, service@goodwings.com.


Governing law and jurisdiction

All purchases at Goodwings.com are subject to Danish law, however not to CISG (International Sale of Goods), unless otherwise stated. Any disputes which cannot be solved out-of-court are determined by Danish Courts unless otherwise stated.
